Wofeng Tea Industry was founded with a single purpose: to share the finest teas of Guizhou's Meitan region with the world. Since 2012, we've built our company on the belief that exceptional tea begins with respect—for the land, the craft, and the people who cherish these traditions.

Our specialized equipment for dark teas and white teas-along with our expanding lines for refined tencha and matcha—allows us to honor traditional flavors while meeting the exacting standards of today's discerning tea lovers. With a production capacity of 3,000+ tons annually, we can scale without compromising quality.

Across 15,000 acres in Meitan's most treasured tea-growing region, we've cultivated something rare: tea gardens that reflect the exact conditions centuries of tradition have taught us matter most.

The Geography of Excellence
High mountain elevations (averaging 3,190 feet), mist-laden mornings, and gentle sun exposure slow the tea plant's growth, deepening and refining its character.
Our forests—covering 63% of the surrounding land—create a pristine ecosystem untouched by industrial pollution. The earth itself is generous: naturally red and yellow soil rich in organic matter, naturally blessed with selenium and zinc from deep mineral deposits.

Climate as a Teacher
Our monsoon-influenced subtropical climate brings abundant rainfall and dramatic temperature swings between day and night-conditions that encourage the tea plant to develop complex, nuanced flavors and aromas that simply cannot be rushed or replicated elsewhere.

Heritage Varieties, Thoughtfully Blended
We honor local tradition through our core varieties—Qianmei 601 and the distinctive Meitan Moss Tea—while selectively blending in complementary cultivars like Jinguanyin and Jinmudan, creating a symphony of flavors that reflects both place and time.

Every garden receives unified care—consistent pruning, thoughtful nourishment, and careful pest management—guided by standards that surpass national requirements. We go further than regulations demand because we believe your tea deserves nothing less than our best.
We've chosen to exclude a broader range of pesticides than required, ensuring that what reaches your cup comes from earth tended with the utmost respect for both safety and purity.

We are a designated national enterprise for ethnic trade and ethnic products, a provincial leading agricultural enterprise, as well as a “Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New” and high-tech enterprise. We hold a full set of management system certifications, organic and green food certifications. Our products have won multiple gold medals in national and international tea contests, enjoying high recognition for brand and quality.

Solid Industrial Base & Large-Scale Production Capacity

We own 15,000 mu of ecological high-quality tea plantations, supported by a modern production base of nearly 90 mu and standardized fermented tea production lines, with an annual capacity of 3,000 tons. We have further developed deep processing of tencha and matcha, forming an integrated industrial model of “planting + processing + cultural tourism”.

Superior Origin & Strict Quality Control System

Located in Meitan, a premium tea-producing area with unique ecology and zinc‑selenium‑rich soil. We implement tea garden management and unified prevention & control standards stricter than national criteria, using high-quality tea varieties to ensure stable, safe and high-grade tea products from the source.
